Job Title: Telesales Executive – Loan Lead Generation

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at PROFOUND. The role involves reaching out to potential customers from the contact list provided, generating qualified leads for various loan products, and maintaining accurate data in systems as required. Make outbound calls to the provided contact list to pitch loan products and generate qualified leads.
Maintain and update accurate customer interaction details in CRM, spreadsheets, and databases.
Follow a structured sales script while adapting to customer queries and objections.
Verify customer interest, eligibility, and document requirements for loan products.
Coordinate with the sales/loan advisory team to pass on qualified leads.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
Minimum qualification: Any
Experience: Min 6 months. Freshers can also apply
Excellent communication skills in [languages required: e.g., English (understanding), Hindi, Marathi].
Ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills to manage call volumes and data entries efficiently.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
