Prksh Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Credit Card Sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert customer leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales.
Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and offers.
Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert leads into applications.
Assist customers throughout the credit card application process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
Follow company policies and applicable banking and customer-data guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Communication: Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling abilities.
Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
