Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Customer Relationship Executive with 1–2 years of experience in customer handling and sales support. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent convincing ability, and hands-on experience in telecalling, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling and telecalling to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and support the sales team.
Explain product features and benefits convincingly to potential customers.
Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and support sales goals.
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as needed).
Strong convincing and persuasion skills.
Experience with cold calling, telecalling, and customer engagement.
Basic sales understanding and ability to handle objections.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications
Graduate in any field.
1–2 years of experience in CRE, telecalling, customer service, or sales roles.
