We are looking for a Tele sales executive to join our team at Palrit Enterprises. In this role, candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining our insurance plans and benefits, addressing their basic queries, and generating appointments for further discussions with the sales team.. The position offers ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 17,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce insurance products and plans.

- Explain the features, benefits, and coverage of insurance policies clearly.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Handle basic customer queries and build positive customer relationships.

- Generate qualified appointments for the sales team.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales and appointment-generation targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role. Candidates should have good verbal communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude and the ability to handle customer queries, generate appointments, and achieve daily and monthly targets.The candidate should also be able to handle work pressure effectively, stay motivated under challenging situations, and perform consistently while meeting targets. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
