Job Description: Telesales Executive

Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be the voice of the company, responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote services and close sales. This role requires a blend of persistence, excellent communication, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided database to introduce company products/services.

• Sales Conversion: Pitch the value proposition effectively to convert leads into sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

• Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements, answer queries professionally, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

• Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to ensure successful closures.

• Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on call volume, lead status, and conversion rates to the sales manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telesales, Inside Sales, or a similar outbound calling role.

• Gender: Female.

• Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi (and basic English), negotiation skills, and the ability to handle objections calmly.

• Education: Graduate or 12th Pass (depending on company policy).

Salary Upto- ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Work Timings - 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM |

Working Days - 6 Days a week (Monday – Saturday)
