We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell our IT products and services over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and achieving sales targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products and services (Computers, CCTV, Networking, Software, etc.).
Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing professionally.
Maintain and update customer database in CRM.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Coordinate with the field sales and technical team for client requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Good understanding of IT products, CCTV, networking, or related solutions.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience (IT industry preferred).
