We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in sales, and preferably prior experience in telecalling/telesales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
Explain and promote the company’s IT products/services to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
