Mishwa Entertainment is an event management, media and production company associated with The Journal & Stories Magazine. We work across magazine features, celebrity interviews, podcast production, PR opportunities, brand promotions and business recognition platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, business owners, entrepreneurs, founders and professionals.

• Generate leads and promote magazine cover stories, editorial features, podcast opportunities, PR packages and brand promotion services.

• Explain service benefits, pricing and packages professionally to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements, handle objections and convert qualified leads into paying clients.

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales in the company’s CRM or tracking sheet.

• Achieve daily calling targets, monthly sales targets and other assigned performance goals.

• Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.

• Confidence in speaking with business owners and senior professionals.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• A target-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.

• Punctuality, professional conduct and consistency at work.
