We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our IT product offerings, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote IT products and services.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and daily activities in the CRM.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product or service solutions.
• Address customer queries, handle objections, and provide reliable and timely information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, product demos, and support closures.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in tele-sales or customer calling.
• Basic understanding of computers and IT products (training will be provided).
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
