The Telesales Executive will contact registered users, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable premium membership plans. The role focuses on converting free users into paid subscribers through effective communication, product knowledge, and professional follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to registered users.
Explain membership options, features, pricing, and offers.
Recommend suitable plans based on user needs.
Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Requirements
12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate in any field.
1–5 years of experience in telesales or subscription sales preferred.
Fluency in Malayalam or Tamil.
Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Training will be provided.
