Telesales Executive
Role:
Contact registered users, explain membership plans, and convert free users into paid customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound sales calls to registered users
• Explain plans, pricing, and offers
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable packages
• Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and conversion goals
• Ensure professional customer interaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
• 0.6–3 years telesales / sales experience preferred
• Hindi or Malayalam or Telugu or Kannada communication required
• Training will be provided
