Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Health Insurance products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls / handle inbound leads to sell health insurance policies

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate health insurance plans

• Explain product features, benefits, coverage, premiums, and exclusions clearly

• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Address customer queries and objections effectively

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional language(s)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of health insurance products (training will be provided)

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or insurance sales is an advantage

• Experience in selling health insurance or financial products is preferred

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
