We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate products or services. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products or services.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries professionally and promptly.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
