About the Role

We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives with a strong background in selling loan products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven sales ability, and a strong understanding of loan/financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and existing customer references.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into successful applications.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation process, and timelines clearly.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience in the loan/finance/banking industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume calling and meet monthly targets.

• Good understanding of loan products, eligibility criteria, and financial terminology.

• Persuasive selling skills and customer-centric approach.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
