Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate insurance sales.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premium, coverage, and terms clearly.

• Convert leads into successful insurance policy sales.

• Follow up regularly with interested and pending customers.

• Handle customer objections and resolve basic product-related queries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system.

• Assist customers with required documentation and policy-processing formalities.

• Provide proper post-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.

• Maintain regular follow-ups for renewals and additional sales opportunities.

• Follow company sales processes, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.

• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good Hindi communication; basic/working English preferred.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Ability to work under sales pressure and achieve targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0–3 years in insurance sales, telesales, banking, financial services, or direct sales preferred.

• Freshers: Candidates with good communication and convincing skills can apply.

• Candidates must be comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

• Number of calls made.

• Number of connected customers.

• Lead conversion rate.

• Number of policies sold (NOP).

• Monthly sales/revenue achieved.

• Follow-up conversion.

• Customer retention and renewal performance.

Ideal Candidate
