We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Jodi Rishta Private Limited. the role is to generate leads and convience client , growth of business, offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Sales: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services.
Customer Engagement: Ask targeted questions to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
Cold Calling: Actively reach out to prospects to build a customer base.
Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information, including contact details and call notes, in the CRM system.
Handle Objections: Persuade hesitant customers and address questions or complaints to close deals.
Meet Targets: Achieve daily/monthly call volume and sales quotas.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
