We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with potential customers, provide information about our products, handle inquiries, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote iZaG products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads, feedback, and pending orders.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns through follow-up calls.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Science Graduate candidates will be preferred.
