About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to promote the Traders Circuit app and assist customers in making purchase decisions. The role involves direct interaction with potential users, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features of the Traders Circuit app
Promote app subscriptions and services to retail (B2C) clients
Assist customers throughout the purchase journey and resolve their queries
Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of customers
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Comfortable with calling and handling B2C clients
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in tele sales, app promotion, or customer support
Interest in stock market/trading (added advantage)
