Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and explain GOIT360 services clearly.
Understand client requirements and suggest the right services.
Follow up with interested clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM regularly.
Convert leads into meetings or sales opportunities.
Handle customer questions professionally and confidently.
Build strong relationships with clients for long-term business.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth client handling.
Share service details, pricing, and company information with clients.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
Reconnect with old leads and inactive customers.
Stay updated about GOIT360 services and latest digital trends.
Represent GOIT360 professionally during all client communications.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass/Diploma/Graduation and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
