Job Responsibility

• Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential clients, and scheduling follow-up appointments.

• Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction

• Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of interactions in a CRM or database

• Sales Support:

Assisting the sales team by generating leads, providing information, and following up with prospects.

• Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
