Job Description in brief:  Education counselors  typically offer career guidance to students and parents  with educational and career planning, offering guidance on subjects, course selection,career paths and college admissions. Their responsibilities include advocating for different courses as per the aptitude, providing classroom advice,  sharing practical tips, interacting with parents and collaborating with administrators and generating leads, follow up with walk ins ,tele-calling and convert into admissions and updating the database

Educational Qualification :  Any Graduate with certificate /diploma in counselling

Work Experience:  0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Educational Qualification: Any graduate with equivalent  course in counselling

Key Skills:

·        Graduate in any discipline (Education/HR/Management background preferred).

·        Good communication skill sin English and interpersonal skills.

·        Good convincing ability and student-friendly approach.

·        Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

·        Eagerness to learn and grow in a target-oriented role.

·        Trustworthiness, team player, solution-minded

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Counsel students and parents about educational courses, programs, and career opportunities.

·        Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads.

·        Support in lead generation through calls, tele calling, references, and online channels.

·        Maintain accurate student records and update databases.

·        Help in organizing counseling sessions, seminars, and events.

·        Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding of students.

·        Work towards achieving individual and team admission targets.
