Fireline Technology is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive to generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a persuasive approach to convert prospects into potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
Generate and qualify leads for sales team
Explain company products/services clearly to prospects
Maintain daily call records and lead data
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel preferred
