Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal loan products.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan options.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Follow up with leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is above 10th and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan options, Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
