We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Ensetu Solutions. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹37,000.

Job Description:

As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone calls and educate them about our insurance products. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customer, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customer effectively.

•Sales and Closing: Present insurance solutions to clients, address their inquiries, and guide them through the purchase process to achieve sales targets.

•Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

•Documentation: Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping of client information, policy details, and sales activities.

•Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations, including the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines.

•Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to your supervisor or sales manager.

Qualifications:

•Minimum qualification 10th & 12th Graduation

•Experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

•Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

•Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.

•Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
