Job Description – Tele Counsellor (Domestic)

Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic

Function: Call Centre

Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Educational Qualification

Graduate preferred

Undergraduates can apply (Minimum: 12th Pass with results in hand)

Work Experience

6 Months to 8 Years

Experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is required

Gender

Open to Female and Male candidates

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers as per assigned leads

Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic interaction

Maintain accurate call records and follow-up data

Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times

Skills & Industry Exposure Required

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)

Prior experience in outbound telecalling / telesales / lead generation

Ability to handle objections and close leads

Comfortable working in a target-driven call center environment

Travel Requirement

No travel involved

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
