Digital Vision Solitario is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our digital services over phone and online communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in sales conversations, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaign follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
Previous telesales or telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
