Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain insurance products (Health, Motor, Life, etc.) clearly
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable policies
Generate and follow up on leads regularly
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer data and update CRM system
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Basic computer knowledge
