Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential customers for loan products.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and tele-calling.
Loan Sales
Sell loan products such as:
Personal Loan
Explain loan features, ROI (Rate of Interest), tenure, and EMI structure.
Customer Assessment
Check customer TransUnion CIBIL score and credit history.
Verify customer eligibility for secured and unsecured loans.
KYC Verification
Collect and verify customer documents through:
E-KYC
C-KYC
Manual KYC
Loan Application Processing
Assist customers in filling loan applications.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Cross-sell financial products.
Compliance
Ensure sales follow guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India.
Required Skills / Knowledge
Basic knowledge of NBFC operations
Understanding of loan products
Knowledge of CIBIL score and credit evaluation
Understanding of ROI (Rate of Interest)
Basic knowledge of KYC processes
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve sales targets
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream (Finance, Commerce preferred)
Experience
0–3 years experience in loan sales, banking, or NBFC sales
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Monthly loan disbursement targets
Number of new customers acquired
Lead conversion ratio
Customer satisfaction
