TeleCaller Executive – Loans (NBFC / Fintech)

Time: 10am - 7 pm with a lunch break

Role Overview

We are hiring Telecaller Executives to sell loan products to the customer visiting our website

(personal loans / payday loans / short- term credit) through calls, convert leads, and achieve

sales targets while following RBI and company compliance guidelines.

The second set of callers are the Executives with collection experience need to achieve

collection numbers by assisting ,following up with clients for their repayments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to leads for loan product sales

2. Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, fees, and repayment terms

3. Convert leads into disbursed loans and meet monthly targets

4. Collect and verify basic customer information and KYC details

5. Follow up with customers to complete documentation and disbursal

6. Update lead status and call notes in CRM systems

7. Adhere to RBI, NBFC, and internal compliance policies

8. The collection executives need to follow up with the due/overdue clients for their

payments, update the MIS, maintain higher levels of collections.
