Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally

• Explain products and generate sales through customer interactions

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful orders

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer database

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Sales

• Experience in wellness, hygiene, personal care, baby care, or FMCG products preferred

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong follow-up and customer handling ability

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is an added advantage
