Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Requirements:
• Fresher or Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good listening skills and persuasive ability
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office)
