Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

The PLCS Tier 1 associate will be responsible for handling first-level support for PLCS (Post Loan Customer Service) operations. This role involves managing customer queries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to post-loan customer service inquiries.

• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for faster query resolution.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Achieve performance targets, including resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate or undergraduate (immediate joiner)

• Experience: Fresher and Experience both can apply

• Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

  • Basic knowledge of loan processes and customer service principles.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.

  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: 20k CTC, in-hand will be 18,500

• Performance based incentive 10,000 to 50,000 Rs
