We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Aureus Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.

The role involves connecting with customers through fresh leads provided by the company, understanding their financial challenges, and converting them into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers using fresh leads provided by the company

• Understand customer financial situations and explain loan settlement solutions

• Build strong customer relationships and trust

• Pitch loan settlement services confidently and professionally

• Follow up with interested prospects and close deals

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and conversions in CRM

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Handle objections and queries effectively
