Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to stationery stores, electronics dealers, and retail shops to pitch our smart calculator.
● Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers.
● Identify qualified leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
● Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into successful orders.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools.
● Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and order fulfillment.
● Gather market feedback on pricing, competitor offerings, and buyer preferences.
● Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and report performance metrics regularly. Requirements
● Minimum 12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred.
● 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (B2B or retail sales preferred).
● Fluent in the local language and basic English.
● Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
● Confident phone presence with the ability to handle rejections and objections.
