Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated via social media, website, referrals, and marketing
campaigns.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for design consultation.
Explain the company’s interior design services, offerings, and USPs clearly and effectively.
Maintain a daily call log and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
Follow-up with cold and warm leads to nurture and convert into consultations.
Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead-to-client journey.
Maintain the CRM database accurately and update records in real-time.
Share brochures, project images, and pitch decks over WhatsApp/email when needed.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and [local language].
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of interior design or willingness to learn quickly.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Performance Metrics:
Daily outbound calls: 40–50
Monthly conversions/appointments booked: Minimum 20
