Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential business clients, dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate customers.
Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities through telephone calls and online research.
Explain company products, services, pricing, and business benefits to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities in Excel.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and dispatch teams for order processing and customer support.
