Customer Relationship Executive Telesales (Credit Card & Personal Loan Division)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Relationship Executives to join our Credit Card & Personal Loan Telesales Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of telesales experience in financial products (Credit Cards/Personal Loans). You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable financial solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Credit Card and Personal Loan products.

• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and terms clearly to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored financial solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.

• Follow up on leads from multiple sources to ensure successful closures.

• Adhere strictly to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales (preferably in Credit Cards / Personal Loans).

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC) / Graduate preferred.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong objection-handling and deal-closing skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: 15,000 30,000 per month (based on experience).
