Telesales Executive
Location: VKI
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
Manage IndiaMART inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication.
Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements:
Prior experience in Telesales is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with the IndiaMART portal and lead handling.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
2. Service Coordinator
Location: VKI
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between the service team and clients for timely service delivery.
Schedule service requests and track their progress.
Communicate with clients regarding service updates and resolutions.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Requirements:
Good English communication skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and client interactions efficiently.
Prior experience in a coordination or customer service role is preferred.
