💼 Position: Telesales Executive / Telecaller

💰 CTC: ₹2.25 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives

📍 Job Location:
Kasarvadavli, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West, Maharashtra

🎓 Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate

👤 Age Criteria:
Up to 28 Years (Maximum 29 Years)

💼 Experience Required:

• 6 Months to 3 Years

• Minimum 6 Months of Outbound Calling / Telesales Experience

• Experience in BFSI/Insurance will be preferred

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain the company's Health Insurance products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication.

• Educate customers about the online health insurance buying process.

• Collect and update customer information accurately.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Conduct follow-ups to maximize sales conversions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining quality standards.

✅ Required Skills

• Good Communication Skills (Hindi & Basic English)

• Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills

• Outbound Calling Experience

• Customer Handling & Relationship Building

• Sales-Oriented Mindset

• Basic Computer Knowledge

📍 Candidate Preference

• Candidate must be residing in Thane or nearby locations.

• Preferred residential belt: Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund, Airoli, Thane, Kalwa, Mumbra, Diva, Dombivli, Kalyan.

• Candidates from distant locations will not be considered.
