Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Make outbound cold or warm calls to potential clients to spark interest.
Sales Pitch: Explain product features, benefits, and special offers clearly using a script or customized approach.
Objection Handling: Answer questions, address doubts, and persuade customers to make a purchase.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales goals.
Data Management: Update customer details, feedback, and call logs in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Required Skills
Communication: Clear speaking voice, active listening, and strong local or English language skills.
Persuasion: Ability to build quick rapport and convince hesitant buyers.
Resilience: Comfort handling rejection and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
