Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Uttam Nagar, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Loan Sales
About the Role
Money to Go is looking for a result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with experience in loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, generating and qualifying leads, counselling customers on suitable loan products, collecting required documents, and following up with customers until loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan products.
- Qualify leads and provide basic loan counselling.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Maintain accurate and updated information in the CRM.
- Generate referrals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Operations team throughout the loan process until disbursement.
- Maintain daily calling, lead generation, and documentation targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates for all customer interactions.
Relevant Loan Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following loan products will be preferred:
- Business Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Home Loans
- Personal Loans
- Working Capital
- Overdraft
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales/tele-sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and documentation.
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and meeting daily targets.
