Job Title: Telesales Executive & Telecollection Executive

Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented individuals to join our team in Kodambakkam, Chennai. We have immediate openings for both Telesales and Tele-Collection departments.

Available Roles & Salary Packages (Monthly Take-Home):

1. Telesales Department

• Tamil Process: 20 Openings | Salary: ₹15,000 PM

• Hindi / Telugu Process: 5 Openings | Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹17,000 PM

• Malayalam Process: 5 Openings | Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹18,000 PM

2. Tele-Collection Department

• Freshers: 25 Openings | Salary: ₹14,000 PM

• DRA Certified Executives: 10 Openings | Salary: ₹19,000 PM

Key Requirements:

• Language: Candidate must speak fluent English along with at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Malayalam).

• Experience: Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome. DRA certification is highly preferred for senior collection roles.

• ⁠Eligibility: 12th , any Graduation

• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive talking, and problem-solving abilities.
