Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal loan products offered by the NBFC.
Clearly explain loan features including eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Follow up on leads, maintain engagement, and drive conversions through the entire sales cycle until loan disbursement.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and backend teams for smooth processing of applications.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Accurately update and maintain customer data, call logs, and status in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally to build trust and close sales.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal NBFC policies during all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
0 to 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (experience in personal loans/financial products preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Basic understanding of financial products, especially unsecured loans.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Marketing background is a plus).
Preferred Profile
Prior experience working with NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a high-performance sales environment.
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain productivity.
Strong customer orientation with a focus on conversion and retention.
