About the Role:
We are looking for 10 highly energetic and confident Telesales Executives to join our team at Vera Developers. The ideal candidates will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our real estate offerings. If you are a natural communicator with a bold, outgoing personality, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our real estate projects.
· Clearly and persuasively communicate project details to prospective clients.
· Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
· Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate properties or solutions.
· Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
· Excellent Communication Skills: You must be fluent, articulate, and able to convey information clearly.
· Confidence s Personality: You are outgoing, enthusiastic, and possess a "cando" attitude.
· Fearless Approach: You do not have "stage fear" and are comfortable speaking with strangers and handling objections over the phone.
· Presentable: You maintain a professional and presentable demeanor.
· Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation.
