We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Sales Experts to join a leading Luxury Travel & Hospitality organization.

In this role, you will engage with customers through inbound, outbound, and WhatsApp sales channels, understand their travel preferences, recommend suitable holiday packages, and convert inquiries into successful bookings. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a strong passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound, outbound, and WhatsApp sales inquiries.

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Upsell premium packages and value-added services.

• Build long-term customer relationships.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high call quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 26 Years

• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
