We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling and customer interaction, preferably in the Real Estate, BPO, or KPO industry. The role involves generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and business opportunities.
Provide information about property details, pricing, location, and project benefits.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Handle inbound inquiries and address customer queries professionally.
Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and lead databases.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead conversion.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Real Estate/BPO/KPO experience preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to interact with customers confidently and professionally.
Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.
Good organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in real estate telecalling or inside sales.
Knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to achieving business goals.
