Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers as per business requirements.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products and services.
Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales and calling targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.
Comfortable working in day rotational shifts.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
