Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain insurance products and services over the phone.

• Generate and qualify leads.

• Follow up with interested customers until closure.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy issuance.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass with relevant experience can also apply).

• 0–2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Service.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English and Gujarati will be an added advantage).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
