Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
· Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
· Explain products and services clearly to customers.
· Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
· Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
· Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
· Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Requirements
· Qualification: Any Graduate.

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
