About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Tele Sales Executive to connect with farmers, FPOs, traders, processors, exporters and businesses, explain SarthMandi’s services, generate leads and convert interested prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

- Explain SarthMandi membership, export services and business solutions in simple language.

- Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.

- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain lead and follow-up records.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team for successful customer onboarding.

- Build long-term relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is preferred.

- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.

- Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to work with targets.

- Freshers are welcome.

- Candidates with telecalling, sales, B2B or customer-support experience will have an advantage.
